What could be the cause of a toilet that does not siphon?

I need help in troubleshooting my toilet, can you help me?

If it's an old toilet that is intalled and stop siphoning it may only be obstructed. If it's a brand new toilet that you've just installed, make sure your drain pipe have a good angle, because if it's nivelled you won't have draining pressure.

It could be as simply as that the bowl is clogged with large stools or a simple object accidently dropped in the john. Also, your septic field may be too old.

You ned to contact a professional if for no other reason they could tell you what you would need to fix it and depending on where in the house it is it may need a new water system it may not be the toilet and that is not something the average person can fix on their own.

Well the problem could be that something is stuck in the toilet and it has been clogged. Use a snack to get rid of it.

If your toilet is not siphoning it could be that you have a problem with the chain not being hooked up. Make sure everything is hooked up properly.
