What could be causing pimples on my child's bottom?

This could be caused by the amount of moisture in the diaper, or if you are using some kind of lotion, or any cream (such as used for dry skin or rashes). I would suggest frequently changing the diaper, even if it seems unnecessary, using a gentle soap, and applying baby powder after every bath.

It could be due to a slight allergic reaction due to laundry detergent or a soap that your child uses. If there has been anything new introduced in your child's diet or perhaps into their routine that could cause a slight reaction.

the cause of your child piples on the bottom is may be the insect bites or the napkin rases if she was belove 7years and if your child is teenage it the was reason of the heat and your child should not eat fried foods , chickens and the presearved food .

It could be a yeast rash. It could be a diaper rash. It could be a reaction to the diaper filler, the absorbent material in the diaper itself. If the child has had diaper rash that was exposed to poop, the exposed skin could have become infected with bacteria from the fecal matter.
