What could be causing numbness in my left arm and fingers?

Numbness can be cause by a pinch nerve in the neck. May have muscle damage from a injure. Spine may have same kind of damage to it which can cause numbness to your body.

Although I am not a doctor, I would guess that the numbness could be caused by nerve damage, or possible heart problems. You should contact your doctor or local hospital.

This can be caused by overuse of the left arm and fingers, such as gripping something like a steering wheel. It could also be carpal tunnel syndrome.

It could be a few thing, depending on exactly where the numbness is. If you do repetitive tasks with your left arm and hand, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome.
