Sounds like you strained the muscles in your chest. The fact that you only experiance this pain with movement shows that it's the parts involved in moving that are affected, which means probably the muscles. But another explanation could be gas or something more serious. See a doctor to get a chest x-ray to rule out any lung damage.

Right side chest pain can be related to pulled muscles or tendons, bruised ribs, or possibly spinal subluxation in the mid back area.

You could have pleuracy, also referred to as inflammation of the lung or another respiratory infection. However, pain felt while only moving can also be sign of a pulled or stressed muscle in or around the chest area. If the pain is felt after eating as well, it could be a form of indigestion.

Pain in the right side of the chest with movement could be causes by over exertion of the chest muscles. The right side of the chest is also associated with gallbladder, pancreas, and liver disease. If the pain in only when there is movement I would say it is over exertion or a pulled muscle.
