Lack of nutrient could cause black spots on the palm of your hands. Also if you are working with your hands alot internal bleeding can also cause the spots to appear.

Chemicals/Nitric-acid can cause brown-stains. More-commonly, "Brown/Lentigo-senilis/Liver/Old-Age/Solar-lentigo/Senile-freckle" spots are caused by chloasma/hyperpigmentation/melasma/solar-lentigenes, from brown-Eumelanin & red-yellow-Pheomelanin, produced-by melanocyte-cells/tyrosinase-enzyme, usually triggered-by SunLight/UltraViolet-radiation-exposure. Occasionally/sometimes, they are related to skin-cancer. Skin regenerates-less Ages-40+.

Perhaps, they are age spots or signs of freckles. It could be genetic. I wouldn't be too concerned but see a dermatologist as they will diagnose the condition.

The brown spots on the palm of your hand could be caused by several things. They could be moles, freckles, age spots, or another condition. You should see a dermotologist.

I have a large brown spot on the palm of my left hand. It's been there for over 20 years. Sometimes it gets dark, sometimes it's lighter. The only time it went completely away was when I was pregnant. It came back after I stopped breast feeding.
