Sound delay is most likely caused by a loose wire connection. Try rechecking your plugs in the back of the tv.

It all depends on what kind of wires you have hooking up the sound to your tv. First i would check to be sure that all the wires are properly plugged in. If this is not the problem , try changing the way you have it hooked up.

If you are getting cable from a satelite, than this is a common problem. Your best bet would be to call and complain.

A sound delay with a high definition t.v. seems to be a manufacturing defect. If your sound is constantly being prolonged it could mean that the amplifiers are also not connected right to your t.v.

It depends on what kind of sound system you are hooked up to. I mean is it hdmi or optical. If tis optical, switch to hdmi, its a simultaneous signal. Optics can be slower sometimes. If you are using the standard speaker from the TV, you are better off calling a technician to check if the wires are loose

If you are using discrete audio and video cables, such as component or HDMI video along with fiber optic audio, this could lead to a synchronization issue. HDMI cables carry audio and video simultaneously, so using an HDMI cable could remedy the sound delay.

It usually means a problem directly with your cable provider or maybe a problem with the cable connecting the HDTV.

Well there is a manufacturing defect in your television set if the sound is being delayed. Ask for a replacement of the parts.

It depends upon what type of sound system you are choosing. Is it hdmi or optical. If it is optical switch over to hdmi because optical will be slower. Using audio and video cables such as hdmi or component swith over to hdmi cable remedy for sound delay.
