What color walls will match pink living room furniture?

I need to paint my living room to distract from the pink furniture.

Relax...pink is nice. You can try beige or white. If it was me i would paint it all white and then some strokes of shiny silver... JuSt great!

If your furniture is pink, I think you've got the color point of the room covered. You'll want the walls white, off-white, or neutral. Otherwise it'll just be too much color, competing. Also, if you ditch the pink furniture later, you won't have to repaint. Less is more, seriously.  add a comment

Your best choice would be a neutral color since your furniture is pink. A shade of gray would blend well, either dark or light. You could also go with a tan color, such as khaki shade.

Avoid greens they are the opposite of pink and will just enhance it. Taupe, grey, brown soft neutrals with orange accents may de-pink for you.

You could obviously paint your living room walls pink, and then the furniture would naturally blend it. Some think of pink as a female color, however. If you're looking to paint your walls with another color, maybe red or orange might do. Make sure the color intensity is similar to that of pink, cause that can make a difference.

Oh please god no. Pink, red or orange would just make it into an eye bleeding disaster. Let the furniture be the splash of color, play down the walls.  add a comment

Decide what feel you are going for and what your accessories will match. A light shade of gray will give a more sophisticated room. A pale green will give a more casual look to the room. Stay away from other pastels. Use pillows that match the color scheme on the furniture.
