Both black and brown look great with pink. Or you could go with no color-white. Or, depending on the pink, aqua can also be a good choice.

You should wear a black shirt with a pink skirt, and black shoes. A white shirt would also match. Either one is suitable regardless of the shade of pink, but be sure that the shirt coordinates with the style (casual, dressy) and fabric of the skirt.

Color choices are subjective, however there are several colors which combine well with pink. You could play it safe and use white. Pairing black with pink is a classic combination and would provide a lot of contrast. Gray is another color that looks good with pink, for a softer look.
