In the United States, pediatrics is a medical specialty which requires an advanced medical education. It is not possible to become a pediatrician without graduating from college and then completing advanced courses in medicine, an internship and a residency in pediatric medicine (and of course, passing the required medical boards exams). But any accredited college provides a good start!

There are a lot of schools in both the US and overseas that offer this type of degree program. Many people actually start school for an MD and later transfer.

I think you are saying you want to be a pediatrician, and for college you have to go to medical school and then specialize in pediatrics.

Pediatrics is a specialty within medicine. You can go to any accredited undergraduate institution, but you then must get into and graduate from a medical school. Any accredited medical school will do for this. After medical school, you have to complete a residency in pediatrics in order to become a pediatrician.
