Changing any mower tire takes patience. You have to break the seal on the tire and install a tube in the tire. Then you have to get the tire to reseal. The problem is most places will not change a tire or install a tube.
You'll need tire "spoons" and an air compressor. Screwdrivers damage tires and handpumps aren't fast enough. Use dilute dishsoap as lube and keep the opposing side in the rim center.
