Install a good antivirus software like Kaspersky Internet Security v7 and run scan on all drives after updating the antivirus database. It will remove all Trojans.

Any Trojan is not good. It means that potentially anything you do or type is being seen by a hacker. Either go out and buy some antivirus software or search Google for AVG Free. In the meantime, do not do any banking or enter any personal information until fixed.

The only professional advice there is: Go and reinstall from scratch. Once your computer has been compromised you can not be sure if what you're able to detect is the only stuff that has been compromised. Any other advice is misleading and unprofessional. Unluckily most people are lazy.

You can remove the virus by having the updating your antivirus with the latest definition. Avira antivir is a best free antivirus in which you can remove the antivirus. It can be downloaded free by searching in google. You can also use the free version of VG which removes viruses as well as spyware.

Get an anti-virus program. There are many of them available for free on the Internet. For really bad viruses you may have to boot your computer off a floppy or CD, but most likely the AV program can fix your computer without that.
