What can you tell me about partial removable dental bridges?

My dentist has suggested that I have partial dental bridges put in.

You have to be really careful with partial dental bridges. Cavities on one of the teeth that is holding the bridge can make you loose all the teeth.

Partial dental bridges are made from metal or acrylic depending on your needs. The places where you are missing teeth will be filled in with plastic or porcelain teeth. There will also be clasps on the teeth in front and behind the missing teeth to help hold the partial in.

I do not have a partial removable dental bridge, but it is my experience that oral hygiene and following dentists' orders always ends well. Dental health is important and not to be overlooked. If you are really concerned about the procedure, seek a second opinion from another dentist. I don't think you'll be disappointed by following the dentist's orders, though.

You will get fitted and then get a flipper which is removable and fits in the mouth. You will clean it like regular teeth.
