The best thing you can do for her is to let nature takes it's course. Provide her cat a safe, warm place and she'll take care of everything else.

Usually cats are very self sufficient during labor and don't need any help while giving birth. However, sometimes they can use assistance with cleaning off the kittens or cutting the umbilical cord if they get too overwhelmed or tired.

(Mother)cats know exactly what to do from instinct. Never interfere with her unless she is doing something that could potentially harm the kittens. Do not touch the kittens until mommy has cleaned them. Check on her every now and then, but otherwise stay out of the way.

You should above all give her a comfortable and safe spot in which to deliver; keep other cats away for privacy and have clean cloths. A box is a great thing.
