Keep infants with a cold hydrated and treat them for a fever as indicated by your doctor. You could try taking them into the bathroom while hot water is running in the shower for the steam room effect. In addition you could vicks vapor rub on there feet and warm wash cloths on their chest.

The best thing you can do in this case is to elevate the baby's crib where he or she places his or her head, as this helps drain the baby's ears and nose. Extra breastfeeding also provides a lot of comfort, which helps the baby to remain calm and rest.

There is no medication that your baby can take at such a young age. But, there are a few things you can do. The first is to put a humidifier in the baby's room. Also elevate baby's bed so his head is higher than the rst of his body when sleeping.

Try to keep the child hydrated. Check with your doctor about medication that is okay to give. Try a vaperizor in the room during sleep times.
