Items are reported to your driving record for a reason. Depending on the state where you live, these items will eventually "fall off" the record.

Driving records, if accurate, are not usually expungeable. However, the infraction will cease to be used for insurance after a number of years.

It depends on how serious the infraction is. Speeding tickets can be removed from a driving record if you take a safe driving course. If it is more serious than that, it may require some negotiation with the state department of transportation on how to get it removed. There is sometimes an option to do community service.

You need to contact your local DMV, or the DMV which issued you the citation. Usually after a waiting period you can have certain charges removed.

It depends on what state you live in. Sometimes you can pay a lawyer or expunge it by going to defensive driving school.
