You can try do boot your computer from a LiveCD and either cracking your own password or outright removing it. The other alternative is a reinstallation of the operating system. If you have good backups, the second route is probably the easier way to go.

There are free tools that you can use to clear or reset Windows Password. The best tool is called "Offline Password and Registry Editor" that requires you to boot from a bootable CD and use the program to reset or clear the password.

Try logging into an unprotected administrator account by pressing f8 on start up and entering safe mode. Change the account password in user accounts in the control panel. Another solution is to use a program such as ophcrack loaded onto a bootable device to crack the password.

You will need to contact the maker of the software. They will probably ask you for the product key along with your name. If that doesn't work you will need to get password cracking software and use it to crack your passcode.
