There is a products called Udder Cream that you can get in any farm store basically. Just take the cream and rub it on the spots and maybe even all over the pig to help with the dry cracking skin and heal it faster.

Peeling skin could mean that the pig had or has a fever. An antibiotic treatment should help with the skin condition. You can get the cream at the vet. The pig should be treated soon so its condition does not become worse.

Rubbing a balm designed for dry skin can help. Products marketed for cow udders or nursing mothers could help. The preventative measures you can take are to make sure that the pig is well hydrated, and that they have an area to lie in the mud. Providing shade would also be a good idea.

For pigs with dry cracking skin that is bleeding, you can keep them hydrated and give them water to lay in, or if really desperate you can rub lotion all over them.
