Much depends on what is causing the limp. First of all you should check to see if the chicken has an obvious injury which needs attention. If you can't see anything wrong, observe her in case she gets worse.

Examine the foot it isn't using and see if there are any cuts on it. If there are, clean the wound and make sure it doesn't get infected. If there is no cut, see if there is something lodged in the foot. If there is, remove it. The chicken might also have a broken or fractured leg.

Taking it to a veterinarian is expensive .... I recommend to leave it and it'll heal on its own. If it doesn't, eat it. Isn't that why people own chickens?

Some people actually have them as pets also, so we do not wish to eat them, why don't you eat your dog if it gets sick!  add a comment

A couple things you can remove her from the other ones so they don't pick on her or you can take her to the vet and see why.

I would first look for visible signs of damage such as cuts, infection or a problem with the build up of scales due to mites. If no visible signs are there I suggest iceing the area, letting it rest and limiting the chickens use of the leg. If the problem persists I would look into a vet check up.

Firstly check if there is any injury. If no visible injury apply a very little dab of pain relief balm and tie a loose cloth around. Take to a vet.

The first step is to see if there is something (sliver, glass, etc. ) stuck in the foot that the chicken is avoiding using. If not, I would wait a couple of days and it will probably get better. If it doesn't get better, you can take it to thevet.
