What can I do about worm mounds in my lawn?

Why would you want to? Worms help aeriate the soil and their holes let water near the roots of the grass. It is a necessity; the worms enrich the soil by eating rotten vegetation and returning it to the soil. With out worms, the soil would be in worse shape.

You can do nothing since it is common in all places. If you work against it, it will adversly affect in your soil. Existance of worm is mandatory for enrichment of soil by eating the vegitation and putting inside the soil. Removal of worm thus make worst situation.
