Check the battery, it may be dead or drained. Other electrical causes maybe loose wiring and water getting into the circuits. If the problem is not electrical, check the carburettor settings: the fuel mixture may be too lean, or too rich.

First checki to make sure your battery has enough power. About 12. 5 to 13 dcvolts. Then Make sure power is going through your starter relay to the starter motor. Also could be fuel related if it has been sitting a while clean your carbuerator. Probably has a clogged pilot jet.

If you did anything to it since it ran last you might need to undo it. Then just see if it has spark and fuel. Check to see that the air filter isn't clogged, then make sure it has fuel in the cylinders. Next check to see that the plugs have a good solid spark.
