Tea tree oil is beneficial when you have acne. I bought tea tree oil cleansing pads and they are working wonders on my face. I highly recommend them. You can buy them at Kmart.

If it is just your forehead, then make sure to pay extra attention to that area. Wash it thoroughly every morning, blot oil from the area throughout the day, and apply a topical anti-acne medication at night. If the acne is severe, you may want to visit a dermatologist and see if you require antibiotics to clear it up.

To rid yourself of pimples anywhere on your face, including your forehead, make sure you are using a daily skin cleanser like Clean 'n Clear or Neutrogena. If you still get pimples, dry them out by putting a dab of toothpaste over each before you go to sleep. This makes them go away faster.

Your forehead is oily. Your hair might hang on that area. Wash your forehead when you use the bathroom. Do not use any oil or cream in that area.

the best option would be to see a dermatologist. However for short term, you can buy products at the store like oxy, and clearasil, to help deal with the problem. IF they make the acne worse then you need to stop using the product right away. Most likely the dermatologist will prescribe benzoil peroxide.
