There could be several causes for the pain so first you would kinda have to narrow that down. Most likely the cause though is swollen lymph nodes under your arm pits. This could mean you are sick with something and you should probably go to the doctor. They may be able to give you some type of medication.

Pain in your armpit can be caused by a reaction to the type of underarm deodorant you are using, try a type that does not have aluminum in it.
