What can I do about numbness and tingling of my fingers and tongue?

have you been biting you tongue? could that be the cause? tingling in the fingers coulc be caused by overuse to them. if it continues see a doctor. As for numbness in your tongue. If it happens every time you eat something the problem could simply be that you should not eat that food. if nothing else works once again i recommend to see doctor

If your fingers are numb, it is best to change the position of your hands and wrists. Move them. Exercise them. One of the best things you can do is squeeze a soft ball. If your tongue is tingling, then you may want to try aspirin or another analgesic.

Your symptoms of numbness in tongue may be due to some facial nerve damage. Tingling in fingers can be due to nerve compression in the cervical level. This should be treated.

I would reccomend seeing a doctor for this issue. Numbness in the fingers ant tounge are usally caused by a underlying health condition. This can be liked to you heart or a breathing condition.
