What can I do about my puppy jumping on everybody and biting at them?

Everytime he jumps, teach him a command such as "OFF!", followed by a correction such as snapping your fingers at his neck so he lands back on all fours.

Jumping up on people is a problem you need to correct early. Keeping him on a leash when people come in the door and making him sit should work. Another way to stop the behavior is to have a water bottle in your hand and use it when he jumps.

Train him when people come over tell him to sit at the door and not to move until you release him from the command. Tell your guests not to come in all excited and to ignore the behavior while you tell the dog no. Then have him sit and once he sits tell the guest to pet the dog praise.

The best way to get an overly excited puppy to ignore your guests is to have them ignore the puppy. Just fold yoru arms, turn around, and don't even look at the puppy. A short vocal correction can also be used, but don't get angry; it only makes the problem worse. With training the puppy should do just fine.
