Don't waste another minute of your time trying to change your husband who is not romantic. It will only frustrate him and make you feel angry. Accept him as he is. If you need romance, pick up and read one of those lovely romance novels written by a woman.

Drop some serious hints. Mention that you wouldn't mind a night out just the two of you. Or leave out a picture of the new piece of jewelry you would like. Don't be afraid to let him know how you feel. And don't be afraid to be the one who plans all the romance!

Try to explain to him in a tactful and sensitive way that it's important to you to have a little romance in your life. Explain that you understand he's not exactly that type but that the little things here and there would be greatly appreciated and help strengthen your marriage.

I think you should better ignore him for sometime if you feel that he is ignoring you when you want a romantic time with him. Like busy yourself with your children if you have some. He will get alright when he sees this; he will come himself to you.

I think that it is important to tell your husband how you feel and what kinds of things you would like him to do for you. He can't do what you want if he doesn't know what you want.

Appreciate the things about him that you fell in love with to begin with. He probably has quietly romantic traits that make him attractive, such as stability and fidelity.

I think nothing below works for a husband who is not romantic. I have been married since 11 years and my husband is not at all romantic. Have tried every bit of my energy and patience- No success:-((
