This really depends on how old the child is. if it's a toddler then possibly the child has bottle rot (too much milk sugar). If the child is older take him/her to a dentist. If a toddler cut back on milk

If your child's teeth are rotting, you need to take him to the dentist immediately. (Leaving his teeth untreated could result in severe medical problems.) Subsequently, you should endeavor to teach him good oral hygiene habits and limit his access to sugary foods and drinks.

It is most important to instill good dental hygiene. This means brushing at least 2 times per day, for at least 2 minutes each time. Flossing every day is just as important. You can also lower the amount of sugar in your child's diet.

I would go to the doctor to solve this. A dentist, to be exact. In this day and age, there really aren't any set of teeth that a dentist couldn't save!

1) bring them to the dentist, and 2) teach them to wash and brush the teeth after each meal. In particular it is important to wash the teeth after each meal containing sugar. There are no home remedies against that.
