I would Advise you to Purchase a new Mattress for your Bedroom. Pain developing in the back while asleep is almost always from a poor mattress quality or incompatibility with the body.

Sometimes your mattress is the blame. If the mattress is too hard or too soft, pressure points where body weight is distributed develops. Sometimes putting a pillow between the knees if you sleep on your side will make a huge difference. If pain presists see your doctor. He may tell you all you need is a new mattress.

Try using a heating pad while you sleep to reduce your lower back pain. If this doesn't work, a chiropractor or masseuse could certainly ease your back muscles and give you good advice.

my advice will be that you buy a new mattress. Usually this pain is beacuse of a poor quality mattress. Some people feel better by leeping on the ground. My advice is to visit a doctor and ask him to suggest you a mattress. Go before this pain causes some other problems.

Can try sleeping with some sort of pillow between your legs, if you like sleeping on your side. This keeps your bones aligned, rather than having that one side drop.

Place pillows under your knees when going to sleep. There are special pillows, such as the knee elevator, that are perfect for this. If you prefer sleeping on your side, a spinal relief pillow can be placed between your legs.
