Open the main water valve coming into the house to a stronger pressure if possible, and any vavles between there and the showerhead. Buy a specially designed showerhead

Unscrew it, then rinse any debris out of it. Look through it to see whether the holes are blocked: clean it with a stiff brush, water spray, or chemical soak.

First, check for low cost solutions. Your shower head may be clogged with calcium. Soak it for 15 minutes in a CLR or similar solution, then reattach it. Similarly, if you have a detachable shower head (with a hose), the hose might be too long and depleting the water pressure. If none of these work, check with a plumber.

Open the showerhead and clean up the pipes and the holes. If the pressure is still low you can attach a pressure pump that is flow triggered to increase pressure.

Many shower heads have a ring in them to conserve water. Remove it. HOWEVER, if your water tank isn't large enough, you may run out of hot water FAST!
