What can I do about a ruptured c3 and c4?

I have had ruptured disc issues. You can get injections into the discs so that the protrusion doesn't hit the nerves as this is what causes intense pain. You might have to end up seeing a neuro-surgeon if the pain does not go away and end up having surgery. Pain killers can work, but are highly addictive.

Treatment depends on the symptoms of the rupture. Initial treatment would consist of medication, avoidance of exacerbating activity, and local measures such as heat.
