What can be done to get rid of a pinched nerve?

I'm in pain all the time and nothing so far is working?

First, take some ibuprofen and use a heat pack. The nerve is pinched for a reason, something is out of place in your back. A chiropractor can help with that.

You should see a massage therapist who may be able to help with the pinched nerve. another option is a chiropractor.

Pinched nerves can last for months. Taking aspirin or ibuprofen. Taking two aspirin everyday even if you are not suffering acute pain can prevent the nerve from worsening.

You can relieve a pinched never by applying a heating pad to area, or an ice pack sometimes will help this. I get this problem when I over do things and have a prescription for a muscle relaxer, which I taken when nothging else helps and this eliminates the problem.
