Like dogs (and humans!), pot-bellied pigs can benefit from cod-liver oil supplements to help ease joint pain. There are many supplements on the market for animal arthritis. Ask your vet for arthritis medication--there are options available for dogs that work on pot-bellied pigs. Keeping your pig at a healthy weight can help take stress off of his or her joints.

There are certain medications that a vet can prescribe that don't cost very much per month. Also try warm baths a couple nights a week.

Many pot bellied pigs develop arthritis in their legs as they age. I know that both cod liver oil and Glucosamine and chondroitin supplements have been known to help.

Some owners recommend cod liver oil. The glucosamine supplements used by some have recently been shown to be ineffective against arthritis.

Pigs with Arthritis need to have the underlying cause of the Arthritis diagnosed prior to treatment, but common treatments are the use of corticosteriods and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories.

Well this actually indicates that the pigs have too much body fat on them. Reduce the intake of meat that is fed to them.
