What you have are actually blackheads. You can treat them with a scrub for blackheads. You can also steam your face and remove them.

Try to extract them. Put a warm wet compress on them for about 10 minutes or perform the following after a hot shower. Once your pores are open, with clean hands, gently squeeze the area. Once you extract the pimple, make sure to wash the area with soap and water. You can buy a metal extractor in stores.

First, wash them with a mild facial soap (not bath soap) and warm water. Then use a clay mask to draw out the blackheads (that's what these are called). Finish with a moisturizer and a benzoyl peroxide pimple cream. Do this several times a week to get rid of them.
