What books do I need for my own law library?

I need book recommendations for a law library.

You should have copies of the law books for the area of law for which you are practicing. For example, a tax lawyer should have copies of the IRS code.

You need basic fundamentals of law books and then i would recommend finding a specific interest and getting a lot of books pertaining to that. A good library would have books on the court systems, torts, criminal law, and citizen rights. Then specific books about a subjuct, for example family law.
