What are these little orange and white things on my house plants?

You could either have bugs on your plants, or a fungus growth. You may try cleansing your leaves with soapy water, but we need to know more. Is this on the soil? If so, you need to repot. Heavy watering may have activated a mold in the potting soil.

If you rub them with your thumb and it smears, it's a fungus. If it doesn't smear, it may be insects. Get systemic insecticide or fungicide depending on the test.

The little orange and white things on your house plants are probably pollen grains and i can be sure they are pollen grains especially if they are flowering plants, pollen grains are carried around by the insects like bees.

They are the insects that effect the plants the orange are the litters of the insect the white is a sign of ants on the plants.. You need to spray house fertiliser that is available at plant shop
