Acne is complicated. There are different kinds of acne, the kind that I think you have are just minor sweat bumps. Sweat bumps occur when sweat enters the dirty or clogged pores of your face. You probably just need to wash your face with face soap.

it could be something called dermatitis. i get this sometimes for very short periods of time. the first time i was worried and asked my doctor, he gave me a special lotion and it went right away:)

When I was eleven years old I smacked my head on the concrete lip of the community swimming pool. It took days for the nasty, horizontal bruise to stop throbbing. For over a week, nothing smelled right. The discoloration took months to go away. Ever since then, I have had problems with strange lumps under the skin on my forehead.

It can be many things. The bumps could be acne, including blackheads or pimples and whiteheads. It might also be a bruise, or even maybe a tumor or abcess.
