Go to Wikipedia, and look up Massachusetts locations ranked by per capita income. The results will show the top ten being Weston, Dover, Carlisle, Sherborn, Sudbury, Wellsley, Wayland, Concord, Winchester, and Mount Washington then goes from there

Chilmark on Martha's Vineyard is the wealthiest. Second would be Weston followed by Dorchester and Newburyport. Also Wellesley has a per capita income of $900K and a great school system. They have money to spend on the schools and is safe as well because they have lots of money to spend on policemen, etc.
