Some early symptoms include implantation bleeding (spotting approximately a week after ovulation), tender breasts, feeling nauseated, etc. Some women have no early symptoms. If you are charting your temps, and know exactly when you ovulate, you should be able to get a pregnancy test within 12 to 14 days after.

It's a little hard to identify pregnancy before the missed period since that would be a more obvious sign. Nausea could be a sign. Maybe a pinkish tinge to vaginal discharge.

That is the first sign of pregnancy. They only way to tell before that is a pregnancy test. Good luck.

Physically, girls will see their body starting to do round shapes..specially in the waste part and some other parts like,faces becomes round,also the legs and the arms.Every morning girls will feel like they want to vomit without eating anything yet;and when girls eat they suddenly just get more servings than the usual serving of food.
