The types of Japanese plum trees are Early golden, Methley, Shiro, Au rosa, Santa rosa, Black amber, Wickson, Satsuma, Vanier, Queen rosa, Black ruby, Fortune, Ruby queen and Friar. It is one of the best varieties and Japanese plum can tolerant summer heat.

There are many varieties. Some varieties are large and juicy, such as the Golden Nectar, Laroda, and Friar. Some of the smaller varieties are the Burgandy, Wickson, and Santa Rosa.

There are two type of trees that can be referred to as Japanese plums. One is the Ume, or the Sour Ume. Its fruit is used to make the Japanese pickled treat Umeboshi. It also comes in the Sumomo version. This variety is slightly larger and sweeter than the smaller Ume. Both are grown in Japan and other Asian countries.

There are a few different types . One is the Japanese plum tree which is composed of giving off flowers. The other type is the apricot tree. The both types of trees need special care and attention because of their delicate natures. Cultivate on a regular basis and water very carefully.
