What are the tiny brown-black worm-like bugs I am finding everywhere in the house, mostly in the bathrooms and around the clothes hamper?

The descriptions sounds like that of a millipede. These little bugs like to live in dark and cool spaces and find many places to writhe and nest, manly your clothes hamper.

You need to call an exterminator, if your house is made of wood then you need to make sure it is not termites.
