Caffeine withdrawal is famous for causing headaches. Interestingly, caffeine is a common ingredient in medications that treat headache as well. Withdrawal from caffeine can also cause irritability and mood instability. You may also experience problems with fatigue and excessive sleepiness if you are very use to having a considerable daily caffeine intake.
