Some of symptoms are heart intolerance, increased bowel movements, and tremors like the shakes, excessive sweating, weight loss, rapid heart rate, extreme nervousness and agitation. Also you can experience fatigue, decreased concentration, an irregular and scant menstrual flow. Sometimes in older people it can lead to heart failure and may result in what is called a 'thyroid storm'.
