Signs that an interview went well include being told specifically when they will call you back, give you the date range of the second round of interviews and tell you to be available, or if you are asked to submit to drug tests or extra credential tests before another interview.

If the interviewer is paying more attention to you than to your resume or application, then the interview probably went well. Also, if the conversation becomes more conversational and less interrogatory, then it is probably going well. Lastly, if they tell you that they will be calling you for the next round, then they liked you.

The best is that you get a call back offering you the job. I would say during the interview if they go into a lot about their business that might be a good sign. Also if they tell you how the training works.

I always felt that in interview wnet well if the interviewer nods their head, smiles, asks more indepth questions, and also asks you what you want from job and the company.
