Well for one you have to prove that the employer would not hire you or that they fired you due to your race. That is going to be very hard to prove. Most judges will just look at you and deny it and say that you are just looking for money.

You will have to make the judge believe that you were fired because of racial discrimination, which is almost impossible to prove.
