There's also the bisopric which is comprised of a bishop and two counselors. The bishopric helps with a variety of things including welfare services.

They don't really have their own titles. They are reffered to as pastors just like any other sect. Since Mormonism is a sect of Christianity, it's to be expected they would be referred to in similar manners.

The maximum leader is called prophet, then we have apostles, bishop if is in charge of a ward (200 to 600 people), stake president for a stake (600 to 4000 people), Area president for regions in the world, apostles are basically in charge of these regions.

The main leader of the church is the President of the church who is also the Prophet. Locally each group of members is a ward and their leader is a Bishop. This would be like a Priest in Catholic church. There are also Apostles, the Quarum of the Seventy...

The head of the church is called a living prophet. The prophet has two counsellors and together they are called the First Presidency. Next is the Quorum of the Twelve (called Apostles), then area Presidents, Stake Presidents, then Bishops (the head of the local church).
