High Fructose Corn Syrup now is creating fatty livers in kids. Child abuse really. Now it will b called corn sugar. Sad.

Powerade is the same as Gatorade. If you want an exhaustive list just look on the side of a bottle. Otherwise the major ingredients are sugar and artificial favor to make it taste good. As far as beneficial stuff, it is all about trace amounts of salt and other inorganic salts for your electrolytes.
