It increases elasticity of veins, arteries, and capillaries to help decrease blood pressure and increase circulation. It's also been said that it can stop a heart attack, rebuild stomach tissue, and alleviate allergies.

There are many benefits. I use it for my sinuses when I have a cold, but it also aids digestion and circulation. Som say it also eases pain in hemmorrhoids.
