Watch your cat for signs that she appears weak or sick. Most cats have no difficulties during their pregnancies. In delivery though you should seek vet care if your cat is in difficult labor for over an hour with no sign of a kitten, a delay of 3 hours between kittens. Also dangerous is bright red bleeding or greenish discharge.

Please take your cat to a vet for a checkup, vitamins, and diet. A cat can suffer calcium loss during pregnancy, which could affect her bones and teeth. Also, after birth, weight loss while nursing is a common problem. After kittens are weaned you will want to have her spaded to prevent future pregnancies.
