Ditto is a Pokemon that can change shape into the opposing Pokemon, they take on the attacks of the opposing Pokemon as well. They can only transform once per trainer battle.

Ditto is basically a gelatinous, genderless, purple blob that is able to transform into any Pokemon that it sees. Pokemon trainers will also pair up a ditto with a completely different Pokemon to induce breeding. Ditto can also transform into inanimate objects too. I saw one transform into a lamp once. I swear!
