Regrowth is not possible for wisdom teeth. If a part of a tooth is left behind, it will die. This does not mean that it won't cause problems, though. A tooth cannot regrow from a piece of tooth left behind. Tooth fragments left behind do cause irritation, infection and abscess.

None, zip, zero, nada. However, what can happen is that some adults can have more than the usual 32 teeth. When some are removed, this makes room for the others to come through the gums. Your dentist should decide if those extra teeth (technically called supernumerary teeth) should be removed also.

I would think it would be slim to none. You only grow so many wisdom teeth. Some people never grow them and other only grow some. I have never heard of them growing back and if it happens I doubt it is very common.
