The short answer is NO. The HIV virus is not transmitted through saliva, so food, dishes or silverware will not give you HIV.

Very minimal. The only risk is if body fluids are exchanged. In the highly unlikely event you both had oral wounds while sharing a drink and blood were transferred(example), it could theoretically happen. But just say splitting pizza or each having a piece of the same pie wouldn't.

The chances are very minimal. You would have to be sharing an ice cream cone, or a lollipop in order to even risk it. You would have to have direct contact with their saliva, and it would have to enter in through a cut in your mouth or on your lip.

HIV is transited through blood and sexual fluids. Saliva does not carry the virus, so unless your cousin has an open wound on in or around his or her mouth, has bleeding gums, or another form of bleeding that contacts the food you are sharing it is safe. It is a good idea to do research so you feel safe.

You cannot catch the HIV virus through saliva. The only way to catch this from his food would be if he somehow bled into it.

HIV is transmitted through bodily fluids, primarily blood. While it is possible for HIV to be transmitted through saliva, the volumes required are so huge that it is highly unlikely.
